Florence Hollis
Florence Hollis' pioneering work was her writing in social work education. Her last book, Casework: A Psychoscial Therapy, is particularly outstanding in social work theory and practice. Hollis taught at Columbia School of Social Work for 25 years and was well known throughout the country as a excellent teacher.
Hollis received a master's degree from the Smith College School of Social Work and a doctoral degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College. |
